Wrote MIME Email parser that parses the messages and attachments and saves it to the database using VB.NET and Windows Services. Designed and developed the following front-end modules; send email ticket page, attach files page, get ticket page, inbox page, QA Monitoring Tools, Team Leader Monitoring and Approval Tools and search email ticket page.
